| Description | • Scan, Survey & identify the viable Trading Areas in their assigned territories for establishing viable high volume So Retail Outlets. • Solicit enterprising franchisees with sound financial capability in potential locations and motivate and guide the franchisee for development of the Retail Outlets as per Company standards. • Develop and maintain cordial relations with all the relevant government authorities and follow up with the Local Authorities for obtaining all the approvals for commissioning of Retail Outlets. • Effectively commission all the Retail Outlets as per the assigned target for the territory and ensure complete compliance before commissioning of each RO. • Negotiate and recommend very competitive Lease Rentals for each Franchisee Site required for executing the Lease deed. • Recommend Sales targets for each Franchisee based on Trading Area Analysis. • Consistent achievement of the targeted sales volume for each Retail Outlet and maintenance of MIS of own and competitor’s retail outlets sales volumes within territory. • Closely monitor the competitors’ activities and develop local strategies for facing the competition. Market intelligence on competitors activities on their plans, prices, sales, etc. • Ensure optimisation of product distribution to outlets, by planning and anticipating cyclical trends and ensure consistent achievement of the targeted sales volume for each RO. |
| Additional Information | • Graduates with 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing development • Worked with FMCG, white goods. Experience with petroleum industry preferred • Positive attitude and action orientation • Value of Integrity and Honesty • Analytical ability and active team player • Extremely good in managing relationship at all levels
