Graduate Management Programs
In line with the Company Objectives, Sahara Group is always searching for enthusiastic and motivated people to join the Sahara family in any of our Graduate Management Programs. Whether you are aspiring to develop your general management or professional skills, Sahara is seeking for highly motivated and capable individuals with genuine commitment to team work and problem solving to join our business.
Our highly practical six months program involves an initial induction and orientation process, followed by rotational placements within any of the operational companies of the Sahara Group.
Within your chosen discipline, you will be given a great deal of responsibility at an early stage and be expected to make a real contribution to the success of the organization. The graduates are a valued resource within the organization and are given challenging and important projects to manage within each rotation they perform.
The projects are generally highly analytical and dynamic, with many of the projects carried out in teams. You can expect regular performance reviews, performance feedback, coaching and career development reviews, this way you get to know not only the Sahara Group and our core fields of activity and people, but also yourself.
